“Mashal,” meaning “torch” or “light” in Urdu, symbolizes the vision of CodeHER and Vision Building Future’s collaborative initiative. The five-week Mashal program, facilitated by VBF, brought CodeHER’s expertise to Pakistan and provided essential in-country administrative support. This impactful program is designed to empower underprivileged young women by equipping them with technical skills and leadership abilities. The objective is to inspire them to pursue their passions, explore global career opportunities, and emerge as leaders in their communities. Delivered through a virtual platform, the training seamlessly integrates computer literacy with entrepreneurial insights.
