• Sixteen (16) years of formal education from an HEC-recognized university in English, MBA, or a closely related field. Must have a proven track record in teaching Business Communication, with a focus on business writing and oral communication skills.
• At least three (3) years of experience in teaching young adults.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace. 
• Proficiency in using LMS, Canvas, or any other related software is preferred. 
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong desire to work with disadvantaged youth.
• Ability to teach using innovative, creative, and non-formal methods.
• Ability to plan and execute enhancement and out-of-classroom activities, good organizational skills, and efficiency.
• Willingness to participate in all professional development opportunities offered during the program.
