PDNET is a pioneering initiative that provides comprehensive professional development to aspiring English Language Teachers (ELTs) from various regions across Pakistan. Last year, Vision Building Future enhanced the skills and competencies of 180 novice and prospective ELTs nationwide through this program. The impactful training sessions were held in three key cities: Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. The program’s success was further amplified through the distribution of 50 competitive Small Grants, which directly empowered 1,500 ELTs in 40 cities nationwide. Vision Building Future partnered with 13 public and private universities to implement these grants, ensuring widespread reach and effectiveness. The program garnered significant media attention, featured in 27 national and local newspapers.
