The Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program is a globally recognized, U.S.-based intensive professional development fellowship designed for secondary-level English teachers from government schools worldwide. In Pakistan, this prestigious program is implemented by Vision-Building Future, which has successfully recruited, trained, and empowered 200 brilliant Pakistani educators from across Pakistan.

The program aims to uplift teaching quality, foster meaningful international collaboration, and advance inclusive education practices that resonate within diverse classroom environments. Selected teachers embark on a transformative six-week academic residency at leading U.S. universities, where they engage in advanced pedagogical training, cross-cultural exchange, and leadership development.

Upon their return, TEA alumni are supported through sustained engagement initiatives, enabling them to implement 10 week innovative, learner-centered training to 50 teachers in their communities. 

Impact in Pakistan (2019–2024)

• 200 Pakistani teachers are directly trained and certified through the U.S. University.
• 1,600+ educators trained through Alumni Led training workshops, small grants, and mentorship.
• Nearly 50,000 students are indirectly impacted by improved teaching practices, community projects, and sustained educational outreach.
• Strengthened teacher networks across urban and remote regions, promoting sustainability in professional development and peer-led training.
